Cornerstone Montgomery - Program Supervisor of Residential Rehabilitation Program Cornerstone Montgomery empowers people living with mental health and co-occurring substance use disorders to live, work, and integrate successfully into the community. We offer years of evidence based treatment experience to our consumers and practical training to our staff. Our robust training program allows staff members to develop and grow in the position and provides the basis for upward mobility within the agency. Responsibilities of the Program Supervisor Provide leadership & supervision and the ongoing development of the program Ensure complete oversight of the program including client safety and managing staff activities Possesses knowledge of psychological interventions (Behavioral, Cognitive Behavioral, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy etc.) to utilize when working with clients or training direct service staff to utilize with clients. Ensure team is meeting administrative and fiscal needs including outcomes, assessments, documentation timelines, and licensing requirements Qualifications of the Program Supervisor Bachelor's degree with a minimum of two (2) years of relevant work experience, including one (1) year of supervisory experience, Master's degree preferred. Experience in Evidenced Based Practices and substance use disorders preferred. Eligible for health care (single and family) the 1st of the month following 30 days of employment. Must work a minimum of 20 hours per week to be eligible for benefits and leave accruals. 403(b) retirement plan with employer match available. This is a full-time (40 hours/week) position.
