In this role, you will support the daily operations of residential communities, ensuring compliance with housing regulations and delivering exceptional customer service to residents. Your expertise in recertification processes, property leasing, and administrative functions will drive resident satisfaction and operational efficiency. This position offers an exciting opportunity to grow within a fast-paced environment dedicated to fostering community and excellence.
  • Position will be full-time, Monday-Friday weekly.

Qualifications:
Documented Assistant Property Manager experience in the multi-family PM industry Ability to oversee and manager three small properties from main office location Recerts leasing experience; Project Based Rental Assistance (PBRA) experience is a plus!! Multi-family leasing experience; calling from the queue, scheduling tours, completing guest cards, showing apartments & beyond
