Job Description

Community Support Assistant

Comsource Management Inc., an Associa company, is currently looking for an onsite Property Manager to join our team in Clinton, Maryland. As a Property Manager you will work closely with the Board of Directors, homeowners and residents, vendors and the Comsource home office team. To be successful in this role, you will need strong customer service skills, management and organizational skills, in addition to the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.

Job Duties:
  • Oversee the day to day operations of the property.
  • Partner with the Board of Directors to meet governance obligations.
  • Serve as the point person for homeowner/resident concerns in person, calls, and emails.
  • Acts as a liaison for the Board of Directors and homeowners.
  • Oversee vendors contracted to perform work on the property.
  • Attend Board of Director and Special Committee meetings.
  • Oversee financial expenditures, prepare budget and financial reports.
  • Ensures property is clean, functional and meets the standards of the homeowners association.
  • Performs other related duties as assigned by management.

Salary range: $50,000 - $53,000

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience in community association or property management.
  • Ability to interpret governing documents, management agreements, and policies.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Experience with community management and/or accounting systems
  • Strong financial understanding, including budget review and basic financial reporting.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills with Boards, homeowners, and vendors.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Pre-employment background check and drug screening required.
