Job Description:
Lease Administrator (Commercial) Manager, $90-110K Position Summary The CLA Manager oversees commercial lease administration activities while managing a team and directly handling a portfolio of assigned properties. This role ensures lease accuracy, timely execution, and effective collaboration across departments.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee the CLA department while managing at least three commercial properties Lead and support team members; delegate tasks and maintain balanced workloads Ensure all lease-related deadlines are met Review and update department policies and procedures as needed Prepare, review, and process commercial leases, amendments, and renewals Maintain accurate lease and tenant records within property management software Track key lease dates, rent escalations, renewals, and options Coordinate with leasing, property management, and legal teams Assist with tenant onboarding and ensure documentation is complete prior to occupancy Monitor rent schedules, CAM charges, and passthrough reconciliations Support leasing reports, portfolio summaries, and special projects Maintain organized digital and physical lease files
Qualifications:
