This role blends resident services, community building, and property management support to ensure a stable, well-connected, and well-supported living environment. The ideal candidate is someone who is comfortable working directly with residents, coordinating services, assisting with housing-related issues, and supporting both community programming and internal property operations. Core Responsibilities 1. Resident Support and Case Management Conduct individual and household check-ins with residents to identify needs related to housing conditions, stability, and general well-being Provide short-term support and non-clinical case management for residents experiencing challenges or transitions Connect residents to local resources including healthcare providers, mental health supports, food assistance programs, and public benefits (SNAP, Medicaid, Social Security, etc.) Assist residents in navigating housing-related issues such as maintenance concerns, lease compliance education, and reasonable accommodation requests 2. Property Support, Work Orders, and Compliance Coordinate with property management on resident concerns, maintenance requests, and work order follow-up Support internal compliance processes including documentation, reporting, and tracking resident interactions or service requests Assist with vendor coordination as needed for property services and community needs Help ensure timely communication between residents, management, and service providers 3. Community Engagement and Programming Plan and support resident-focused programming such as community events, youth activities, wellness initiatives, and educational workshops Build relationships with local organizations, nonprofits, and service providers to expand resident resources Foster a positive and inclusive community environment that encourages engagement and neighbor-to-neighbor connection 4. Resident Relations and Conflict Support Serve as a supportive liaison between residents and property management Assist with mediation of minor resident disputes when appropriate Provide guidance to residents on community expectations, building policies, and shared living standards Help support transitions during building updates, relocations, or renovation-related changes 5. Administrative Responsibilities Maintain accurate records of resident interactions, referrals, and services provided Track program participation and community engagement activities Use property management and service tracking systems to document updates and follow-ups Qualifications Experience in property management support, resident services, case management, social services, or community coordination Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust with diverse populations Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Comfort working with both residents and internal operations teams Basic understanding of housing programs, public benefits, or community resources is a plus Experience with documentation, reporting, or property management systems preferred
