Job Description
Job Summary:
We are seeking a dependable and customer-focused Assistant Property Manager to help oversee the daily operations of our residential community in Salisbury, MD. This role supports leasing, resident relations, and administrative functions while helping maintain a high standard of living for our residents.Key Responsibilities:
Assist the Property Manager with day-to-day property operations Provide excellent customer service to current and prospective residents Conduct apartment tours and assist with leasing activities Process rental applications, leases, and renewals Collect rent payments and follow up on late accounts Maintain accurate records of residents, leases, and payments Coordinate and track maintenance requests to ensure timely completion Perform routine property inspections for cleanliness and safety Support marketing and outreach efforts to maintain occupancy goals Enforce community rules and policies professionally and consistentlyQualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent required; college coursework preferred 1-3 years of experience in property management, leasing, or customer service Strong communication and interpersonal skills Highly organized with the ability to multitask effectively Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with property management software is a plus Knowledge of Fair Housing regulations preferred Positive attitude and strong problem-solving skillsCompensation & Benefits:
