Community Manager We're growing fast and have an immediate opening for a dedicated, goal-driven Community Manager to lead the day-to-day operations of one of our residential communities. This leadership role offers the chance to build a high-performing team, maximize financial performance, and help create a thriving environment for residents and staff.
What You'll Be Doing:
Oversee Daily Operations:
Manage all aspects of the community's operations, including leasing, maintenance, resident satisfaction, and compliance. Build & Lead a
Team:
Hire, train, and mentor on-site staff to foster collaboration, accountability, and a culture of excellence.
Budgeting & Financial Performance:
Develop and execute the property's financial plan, operating budget, and rent strategies to drive revenue and profitability.
Maximize Occupancy:
Set competitive market rent levels, optimize renewal strategies, and oversee marketing initiatives to maintain high occupancy and resident retention.
Asset Management:
Collaborate on property performance decisions and capital improvement projects to protect and enhance the asset.
Risk & Compliance:
Ensure compliance with housing regulations, company policies, and local/state/federal laws.
What You'll Bring:
5+ years of experience in on-site property management, preferably in multifamily housing High school diploma or GED required (Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred) Proficiency in property management software (preferably Onesite), Microsoft Office, Microsoft Teams, and Adobe Strong leadership and team-building skills Excellent customer service and communication abilities Strategic mindset with problem-solving and critical-thinking skills Marketing experience to help drive leasing and retention efforts Bilingual in Spanish & English desired (or required , depending on community needs) A passion for continuous learning and professional development
