Job Description

We manage some of the most beautiful Homeowner and Condominium Association communities throughout southeastern coastal Maine from York/Ogunquit/Kennebunk to Cape Elizabeth/Portland and as far north as Brunswick.
Important :
The properties you will manage are not rental properties or apartments and there is no leasing or rental management. The properties we manage - and you will manage - are homeowner-owned residential condominiums, townhomes, and single-family homes with property values from $400,000 to over $3,000,000. As a Property Manager you will... Advise the association's board of directors on matters of property management, governance, long range planning of the association's infrastructure and amenities. Manage maintenance, grounds, and other services suppliers and sub-contractors. Document and track expenses, invoices, receipts, and warranties. Prepare and approve maintenance requests. Schedule and oversee maintenance and property improvement projects. Respond to association owner requests and needs. Oversee operating budgets and expenditures. Administer association approved property policies and rules. Prepare property reports for the association's Board of Directors. Prepare for and actively participate in board meetings and annual association meetings. Foster a positive and proactive relationship with the association board of directors and property owners.
Qualifications :
A minimum of 2 years of direct experience is required . Strong written and oral communication skills. Detail oriented, with demonstrated critical thinking skills. Exceptional organization and time management skills. Ability to plan, organize, and execute tasks accurately and in a timely fashion. Read and understand financial statements and have a basic knowledge of business accounting. Experience with Microsoft® Word and Excel.

Pay:
From $62,500.00 per year
