Job Description

Job description: Residential Property Manager must be able to manage a portfolio of Single & Multifamily properties, Mobile Home Communities & Homeowner Associations throughout the Portland area. Must possess strong leadership, teamwork, and customer service skills in dealing with property owners, tenants and vendors. Is responsible for overseeing the maintenance and upkeep of residential properties, tenant satisfaction and leasing vacant units. Duties & Responsibilities Reporting the property's financial status, occupancy and expiring leases to property owners. Meeting potential tenants, showing them the property and assessing their applications in accordance with anti-discrimination laws. Advertising vacant properties and leasing homes. Inspecting properties and arranging for repairs and new materials as required. Arranging contracts for maintenance, trash removal, landscaping, security and other ongoing services and managing disputes with these service providers where appropriate. Investigating and resolving property complaints and rental violations. Researching and overseeing capital improvement projects. Utilizing an advanced and modern Property Management Software. Base+

Monday to Friday On call every 8-10 weeks to answer emergency calls after hours
License/Certification:
Driver's License and vehicle (Required) Experience with low income housing programs is not required, but is a plus

Pay:
$60,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
