Job Description

Kennebec Behavioral Health (KBH) , established in 1960 to provide comprehensive behavioral health services, named one of the Best Places to Work in Maine for the last 5 years, and as one of Maine's Certified Community Behavioral Health Clinics (CCBHC)—KBH is committed to innovative, compassionate, and high-quality care. We are seeking a dynamic and compassionate Clinical Manager of our Crisis Residential Unit, which will be headquartered in Waterville. The Clinical Coordinator of the Crisis Residential Unit provides clinical, operational, and administrative oversight of the Crisis Residential Unit (CSU). This position is responsible for ensuring safe, effective, trauma-informed and recovery-oriented crisis stabilization services for individuals experiencing a behavioral health crisis requiring short-term residential stabilization. The Clinical Coordinator oversees clinical service delivery, staffing, regulatory compliance, risk management, quality assurance activities, and coordination of care to support successful stabilization and transition to community-based services. Pay range for this position is $33 to $36 per hour, depending on experience and licensure.
Qualifications:
Master's degree in a related field, active clinical Maine licensure (LCSW, LCPC, LMSW) is preferred but will consider conditionally licensed individuals with at least four (4) years of experience in Crisis services or closely related field. Supervisory experience is preferred. KBH is an eligible employer for the Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PSLF) that provides workers with qualifying employment and loan payments federal student debt forgiveness after 10 years or 120 monthly payments.
