MUST HAVE PREVIOUS PROPERTY MANAGEMENT EXPERIENCE
Duties:
- Collection of rents and bank deposits; reducing delinquencies. 7 day notices and evictions
- Entering all invoices with the proper coding after reviewing them thoroughly for accuracy
- Resolving customer complaints quickly
- our greatest assets are our current residents.
- Inputting utility charges on resident accounts

Property Manager Qualifications/Requirements:
- High School Diploma or Equivalent (those with some college preferred)
- Must have clean driving record, pass background check, and drug and physical check for the position.
- Property Management experience required
- Excellent customer service & positive team-first attitude
- Self-starter and a great work ethic
- Must own vehicle
- Experience with Rent Manager/Property management software is preferred
- Must live within a 20 minute drive of
