Great compensation and benefits:
Up to $85,000 a year based on experience Up to $7,000 in bonuses yearly! Blue Cross health insurance starts at $47.50 a month Vision, Life and Disability Insurance Paid Holidays Paid Time Off, 1styr 80hrs, 2-4yrs 120hrs, 5+yrs 160/hrs Employees are eligible for 20% off rent at any Monarch community, terms and conditions apply 401k planning and pre-tax match contributions up to 3% After 5 years of employment enjoy a 3 week paid sabbatical! A seasoned Assistant Regional knows the tasks at hand, here are a few of the priorities for us! Build and maintain an "A" team to manage the assigned communities. Property Manages the full-cycle operational and financial responsibilities of a "Region". Makes strategic changes to increase income, decrease expenses and grow net operating income. What the ideal candidate looks like: 5+ years' experience in Multifamily Housing management Experience managing multiple communities. Proven track record of successfully leading a team of 15+.
