Up to $85,000 a year based on experience Up to $7,000 in bonuses yearly! A seasoned Assistant Regional knows the tasks at hand, here are a few of the priorities for us! Build and maintain an "A" team to manage the assigned communities. Property Manages the full-cycle operational and financial responsibilities of a "Region". Makes strategic changes to increase income, decrease expenses and grow net operating income. What the ideal candidate looks like: 5+ years' experience in Multifamily Housing management Experience managing multiple communities. Proven track record of successfully leading a team of 15+.
