We are a 241 unit community consisting of apartments and townhomes, located in Hazel Park. Candidate should be driven and energetic, with the skills necessary to support our Community Manager. Qualifications include, but are not limited to: excellent verbal and written communication skills; proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel; experience with Onesite or comparable property management software; knowledge with budget handling and daily operations of a residential community; and the utmost customer service skills, which are required to fulfill resident requests and concerns, which will be routine or emergency in nature. Familiarity with Section 8 preferred. Must be comfortable leading a team and filling in for Manager as needed. Real Estate licensure will be required in order to retain employment. Full-time Essential Duties and Responsibilities include:- Ensure all HUD/Fair Housing rules are met
- Process all ARs/IRs
- Address Tenants' concerns
- Put in work orders for maintenance
- Greet/assist walk-ins and answer phones
- Delinquency/collections
- Strong resident relations Necessary skills for this position include:

- Able to function in a fast-paced environment

Property Management:
1 year required.- Section 8 experience preferred
