Job Description

Technology Deliverables:
Must be comfortable navigating new technology platforms, most notably our property management system, Revela.
Daily Inspection Reports & Asset Management Expectations:
Completes inspections of the property via Revela a minimum of one (1) time per week. These inspection reports must include descriptions of areas and the required number of photos listed in the description to be considered complete. Uses the Asset Tagging System to inventory and maintain all furnishings and equipment at the site (if applicable). Complete audits of rooms and assets periodically to ensure that no violations of fire codes are present, that items are being maintained and that furniture is in its proper location and accounted for.
Annual Inspections, Maintenance Reporting & Repair Monitoring :
Schedules, provides corrections relating to and maintains inspection reports and permits related to fire safety, kitchen equipment and operating licenses. Works with FSL/the university to maintain compliance for any items they may require for approved university housing programs. Tracks preventative maintenance for the site and oversees annual service agreements where applicable. Reports any maintenance concerns noted in daily inspections via Revela as soon as they are encountered and works with vendors to provide resolution to the issue(s) at hand timely. Owns the maintenance process from start to finish. Reviews and responds to member-submitted maintenance issues as reported via Revela to ensure member and resident concerns are addressed in real-time.
Emergency Coordinator Responsibilities:
Maintains the emergency action plan (EAP) for the site, in conjunction with the Asset Manager, with a minimum of annual reviews of the plan taking place ahead of the start of each academic year. Acts as emergency coordinator for the site, becoming the primary point of contact for first responders or remediation crews in the event of an emergency or disaster. Compensation will be provided per callout.
Reporting Requirements & Chapter Communications:
Mouthpiece for Greek Housing Management who ensures that residents and members at the site are on the same page with what the organization has communicated (i.e. Occupancy Dates, Chapter House Rules, etc). Maintains open lines of communication with all stakeholders, including Chapter Officers, Chapter Advisors, House Corporation Members, SAE FSC Staff and Greek Housing Management Staff, at all times. Reports any member/guest issues as they occur to both Chapter Officers and to Greek Housing Management staff. The "eyes, ears and boots on the ground" for Greek Housing Management, using their experience and discretion to elevate concerns to the appropriate parties as issues arise at the property. Exercises tact in delivering sensitive messages. Responsible to coordinate with law enforcement as the staff representative for the site, working with the Asset Manager when there are requests made for camera footage.
Supervisor Responsibilities:
Responsible for monitoring the cleanliness level of the property and making the required staffing/vendor adjustments when deficiencies are noted. Coordinates with vendors as needed to oversee maintenance and capital improvement projects at the site to ensure that payment is not remitted on a job until work is completed to satisfaction. Primary administrator to the site's access control and security systems. Tasked with ensuring that security of the chapter house is maintained at all times and that the safety of our members is our number one priority. Check-In/Out Process Ownership Responsible party for ensuring all parts of the check-in and out process happen each time a member moves in or out from the facility at any point throughout the year. Room move-in/out inspections must completed within 48-hours of move-out via Revela. Physical check-in/out paperwork must be completed by all parties before new residents can be provided keys or outgoing resident's can check out from the Chapter House. Ensures that the access control system is updated as check-ins and check-outs occur at the chapter house to maintain physical security of the facility at all times.

$250.00 per month
