Make a real impact—help someone build independence while building a career, you're proud of. The Senior Assistant Program Manager is a key leader within Hope Network's Residential Services team. In this role, you will support the daily operations of a Specialized Adult Foster Care (AFC) program while providing leadership, coaching, and oversight to Direct Support Professionals and Shift Managers. Working alongside the Program Manager, you will help ensure high-quality services, regulatory compliance, person-centered care, and a safe, supportive environment where individuals can thrive. What You'll Do Administrative Duties Employee Relations and Evaluations Monthly Reporting Assist in Hiring/Onboarding Process Ensuring team is compliant with all state and federal regulations Encourage positive relationship building & Promoting Independence Transportation and Participation in Community Activities Personal Care/Assistance with Activities of Daily Living Medication Administration/Health Monitoring What We're Looking For A positive leader who enjoys supporting and developing others Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Commitment to person-centered care and quality services Ability to build strong relationships and promote teamwork
What You Bring Preferred:
Experience in residential, behavioral health, or human services settings
Required:
