What You'll Do:

This is not a "hands-off" management job—you'll be in the field, setting the standard: Perform and oversee residential electrical service, installs, and upgrades Install panels, generators, EV chargers, and more Estimate jobs and clearly explain solutions to homeowners Lead a small team of electricians— coaching, training, and supporting Coordinate schedules to ensure jobs are completed efficiently and correctly Maintain proper inventory and communicate needs with management Troubleshoot complex issues and determine best solutions Ensure all work meets code, safety, and quality standards Build trust with customers through clear, professional communication Lead by example with organization, cleanliness, and professionalism

What We're Looking For:

We want a professional who combines high-level electrical skill with leadership ability : Michigan Master Electrician License (preferred) OR Journeyman with 6+ years of strong residential experience Proven ability to estimate and sell work with integrity Strong troubleshooting and installation experience (retrofit + new work) Experience with panels, generators, EV chargers, and residential systems Ability to lead and coach Positive team approach Excellent communication and customer-facing skills Organized, dependable, and solutions-focused Valid driver's license with clean record
