Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Assistant Property Manager to join our team at an affordable housing community. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated professional with a strong background in affordable housing property management. Position Details Full-time (40 hours per week) Affordable Housing Community LIHTC and
MSHDA RAD

Maintain compliance with LIHTC and
MSHDA RAD
program requirements. Process certifications, recertifications, and lease documentation. Provide exceptional customer service to residents and prospective residents. Assist with rent collections, resident files, and occupancy reporting. Support the Property Manager in meeting occupancy and compliance goals. Qualifications Previous Assistant Property Manager experience required. Experience with LIHTC and
MSHDA RAD
affordable housing programs is required. Strong knowledge of affordable housing compliance. Excellent organizational, communication, and customer service skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with property management software is preferred. Ability to work independently and collaborate with a team. Interested?
