Salary:

Starting at $60,000 year - $70,000

What You'll Do:

As a Property Manager, you'll oversee the day-to-day operations of one or more residential communities. You'll support your team, and ensure residents feel at home.

Your responsibilities will include:

Maximizing occupancy and preparing units for move-ins Managing budgets, reports, and vendor relationships Supporting residents with empathy and professionalism Leading on-site staff and fostering a positive team culture Ensuring compliance with housing programs (Section 8, Public Housing, Tax Credit)

What We're Looking For:

2+ years of property management experience Strong communication and problem-solving skills Section 8 Experience Hands on leadership style Familiarity with affordable housing programs A high school diploma or equivalent Regulatory compliance experience A desire to grow with a company that invests in its people
