Exhibiting a lifelong commitment to personal growth and development, such as active engagement in professional mentoring and coaching opportunities is required. You must have the desire to work a flexible schedule and be on call and have the ability to discern priorities and to manage an effective calendar at an executive level. Being able to effectively problem solve, seek out help or guidance, demonstrate assertive behavior, and display humility in your actions and approach is necessary. Accepting feedback well and being open to new approaches and methods if it differs from your experience is critical. Experience in mental health issues and aggressive behaviors is required. Responsibilities Direct and provide support, assistance, and guidance as needed to Direct Support Staff. Maintain the physical property of the residents, coordinating with Senior Directors when needed. Lead Direct Support Staff team meetings Mentor Direct Support Staff on how to deliver residential programs to GraceLyn Group's standards. Mentor Direct Support Staff on how to develop strong, positive relationships with other staff and residents. Guide and provide support to Residential Program Assistants. Direct and keep up to date the staff and resident schedules. Work Direct Support shifts at least once a week and as needed to cover staffing gaps. Direct all aspects of resident programs. Compile and write resident progress reports, and other reports related to resident programs. Required Qualifications Be at least 21 years of age Pass the child and adult foster care background check Possess a valid driver's license, meeting the driving record standards to be insured by GraceLyn Group's vehicle insurance provider. Meet the requirements of a Designated Coordinator as defined in Minnesota Statues, chapter 245
D Compensation & Benefits Salary:
$52,000 - $58,000 depending on experience and qualifications
