Job Description

The Briggs Companies is seeking a highly organized and proactive Assistant to support our Owner and contribute to our property management and construction operations. The ideal candidate has prior experience in real estate, construction and/or property management, excellent administrative skills, and a positive, can-do attitude. Responsibilities Executive and Administrative Support:
Screening calls, managing emails and mail, and acting as a point of contact for both internal and external clients. Manage a dynamic calendar, schedule meetings, and help prepare the Owner for important tasks and deadlines. Prepare reports and presentations, take meeting minutes, and maintain and organize confidential filing systems.
Leasing and Resident Relations:
Provide administrative support to the leasing team. Act as a friendly and professional point of contact for current and prospective residents, addressing inquiries in person, over the phone, and via email. Organize and maintain files and records, ensuring all documentation is accurate and up-to-date. Qualifications 2+ years of administrative experience, with a preference for prior experience in real estate or property management. Proficiency with property management software (specifically ACT) and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook). Exceptional organizational skills, keen attention to detail, and proven multitasking abilities. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. A dependable, positive, and proactive attitude.
