The right person is accountable, proactive, and understands that successful community management requires balancing the needs of boards, homeowners, vendors, and the association itself. What You'll Do Manage the daily operations of assigned HOA communities. Serve as the primary point of contact for board members, homeowners, vendors, and internal staff. Prepare for and attend board meetings, annual meetings, and special meetings as needed. Coordinate vendors, maintenance projects, bids, inspections, and follow-up. Conduct regular property inspections and document maintenance and compliance issues. Communicate clearly and professionally with homeowners regarding community matters, projects, and association policies. Assist boards in implementing goals, solving problems, and making informed decisions. Support budget planning, invoice approvals, reserve projects, and financial oversight. Maintain accurate records, meeting notes, correspondence, and project documentation. Ensure commitments are followed through and issues are resolved in a timely manner. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Excellent organizational and time management abilities. Ability to manage multiple communities and competing priorities. Proficiency with email, Microsoft Office, and property management software preferred. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required. Preferred Experience HOA or community association management experience. Knowledge of Minnesota HOA laws and governing documents. Experience working with boards of directors, vendors, and homeowners.
