We're seeking an experienced Community Support Services Program Director to plan, organize, and oversee the daily operations of our community-based services. This role offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact by supporting individuals with developmental disabilities to live more independent, fulfilling lives while leading a talented team of professionals. What You'll Do Provide visionary leadership, supervision, and mentorship to program supervisors and Life Skills Trainers. Develop, implement, and manage community-based programs that foster skill-building, independence, and inclusion. Ensure compliance with 245D licensing requirements and all regulatory standards. Partner with families, agencies, and community resources to strengthen participant outcomes. Oversee individualized plans, participant assessments, and progress tracking. Promote and expand programs through outreach, innovation, and collaboration. Foster a culture of teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement. What We're Looking For Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Demonstrated success in program development and management of community-based services. Thorough understanding of various service levels, community programs, and resources. In-depth knowledge of 245D licensing requirements. Creativity, flexibility, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively. Willingness to travel throughout Crow Wing, Aitkin, Itasca, and Morrison counties in central Minnesota.
