Full-Time Career Strategies is seeking an experienced Affordable Housing Property Manager for a community in Chaska, MN. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated professional with affordable housing experience who is passionate about resident satisfaction, property performance, and regulatory compliance. Responsibilities Oversee the daily operations of an affordable housing community Manage leasing, renewals, move-ins, move-outs, and resident relations Ensure compliance with LIHTC, Section 8, Project-Based Assistance, and other affordable housing programs Monitor occupancy, delinquency, and property performance goals Supervise onsite staff and coordinate vendor services Conduct property inspections and maintain community standards Prepare reports, maintain resident files, and ensure audit readiness Assist with budgeting and financial performance of the property Qualifications Previous Property Manager experience required Affordable housing experience strongly preferred Working knowledge of LIHTC, Section 8, HUD, or other affordable housing programs Strong leadership, organization, and communication skills Experience with property management software such as OneSite, Yardi, or RealPage preferred Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Career Strategies is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
