Multi-Site Property Manager

Full-Time Multi-Site Property Manager Location:

Plymouth & Saint Louis Park, MN Hours:

40 hours per week

Compensation:

Salary based on experience We are looking for a dependable, people-friendly Property Manager to manage a 81-unit apartment building in Plymouth and a 62-unit apartment building in Saint Louis Park This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people, keeping things organized, and taking pride in helping a property run smoothly.

What You'll Do:

Marketing and leasing available apartments. Resident relations and lease renewals. Rent collections and financial management. Property operations and maintenance. Administrative functions including accounts payables. Risk management and saftey. Strategic & asset management support.

What We're Looking For:

Someone who enjoys working with people and solving problems. Good organizational and communication skills. Minimum of one year property management or rental experience. Property management software experience (Appfolio a plus). Comfortable with basic computer tasks and keeping records. Ability to pass a criminal background check. Reliable transportation.
