We have a leasing specialist position available our properties in Hopkins, Richfield, Minneapolis, and St. Louis Park. Duties will include, but not limited to: marketing & renting apartments, providing customer service to our residents & team members & prospects, answering phones, making appointments, lead management, office administration, and processing applications. Our ideal candidates would be:

Teachable, a quick learner, energetic, easy to change directions with their schedule, willing to travel between properties (mileage is paid), able help create the best 1st impression for our prospects and residents, able to do stairs on 2 1/2 story buildings, be comfortable answering the phone always and be a positive addition to our fabulous team. We have a great team with extensive hands-on training where you will not feel left alone.

Must have:

a reliable vehicle and current driver's license, experience with Excel, google docs and the ability to work weekends and the last and first of every month for turns.

Nice to have:

Rent Manager knowledge, customer service/leasing experience. This position is for our portfolio, and will require travel between our properties. Every day will be unique! www.
