Residential Group Home Supervisor (Cold Spring & St. Cloud)

What You Will Do At Catholic Charities, we believe in serving and enhancing human dignity for people of all faiths and beliefs. Our Community Residential Settings (CRS) provide compassionate, community-based care for adults with developmental disabilities and mental illness. We're seeking a Residential Supervisor for Mother Teresa and St. Luke's Group Homes in Cold Spring (just 20-25 miles from St. Cloud) and St. Michael's Group Home in St. Cloud. The Residential Supervisor will lead our group home with heart, purpose, and professionalism. As a Residential Supervisor, you'll be the cornerstone of a caring, high-performing team.

You will:

Lead and support a team of Direct Support Professionals through coaching, team meetings, and performance feedback.

Deliver hands-on care to clients, ensuring their health, safety, and well-being.

Coordinate care with families, medical professionals, and community partners.

Manage operations including scheduling, budgeting, compliance, and home maintenance.

Champion quality by ensuring documentation, medication administration, and client programming meet the highest standards. What We're Looking For The qualified candidate must meet the following criteria:

Job-Related Experience:

Three years related experience working with DDMI populations, at least two of which are working in group residential settings. One year of supervisory experience required. In addition, the qualified candidate must meet one of these four criteria: A bachelor's degree in a field related to human services, education or health and one year of full-time work experience providing direct care services to persons with disabilities, or equivalent work experience providing care or education to vulnerable adults or children, orAn associate's degree in a field related to human services, education or health and two years full-time work experience providing direct care services to persons with disabilities, or equivalent work experience providing care or education to vulnerable adults or children, orA diploma in a field related to human services, education, or health from a post-secondary institution and three years of full-time work experience providing direct care services to persons with disabilities, or equivalent work experience providing care or education to vulnerable adults or children, orA minimum of 50 hours of education and training related to human services and disabilities, and four years of full-time work experience providing direct care services to persons with disabilities under the supervision of a staff person who meets the qualifications identified in 1, 2, or 3 above,

Additional Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Required:

You must possess a valid driver's license and must be able to successfully pass a background check and MN driver's record check.
