Job Description

Description:
SAIL Legendary Service. Operational Excellence. Affordable Business Manager About You You believe affordable housing is meaningful work. You take pride in running communities where residents feel seen, files are audit-ready, and every detail of compliance is handled the way it is supposed to be handled. You know residents by name, you return every call, and you make sure nothing slips through the cracks. Picture your week. Monday morning you walk the community with your maintenance partner. Tuesday afternoon you sit down with a resident who needs help understanding a recertification packet. Wednesday you review waitlist applications with the consistency that protects every household's fair shot. Thursday you partner with compliance on an upcoming file review. Friday you close the week confident that both communities are in order. You love the rhythm of that work. You also do not flinch at the harder parts of the seat. You make the delinquency call, you hold a vendor to the scope of work, and you enforce the lease in a calm, non-accusatory way. Then you follow up until it is closed. Ask yourself Do you find real meaning in serving residents who count on quality affordable housing? Are you known for patient, accurate, audit-ready compliance execution? Do you follow through on the uncomfortable conversations instead of letting them slide? Do you build steady, trusting relationships with residents, teammates, and partners? Do you thrive in a role with clear processes, defined responsibilities, and consistent expectations? If that sounds like you, we would love to meet you. About
