00 per hour We are seeking a dependable, organized, and customer service-oriented individual to join our team and live on-site as a Property Manager / Caretaker / Janitor. This is a part-time position offering approximately 20 hours per week as manager and 8 hours per week as Caretaker / Janitorial with the convenience of living on-site.
Management Responsibilities:
Leasing apartments and conducting tours Responding to resident inquiries and concerns Coordinating move-ins and move-outs Rent collection and basic administrative duties Monitoring property appearance and curb appeal Working closely with maintenance staff and management Ensuring lease compliance and community standards
Management Qualifications:
Previous property management or leasing experience preferred Strong communication and organizational skills Professional, dependable, and self-motivated Basic computer knowledge required Experience with Yardi, Rent Café, or similar software is a plus Part-Time Caretaker / Janitroial Responsibilities Cleaning common areas and hallways Light groundskeeping and trash removal Monitoring property cleanliness and reporting concerns Assisting with seasonal upkeep as needed Cleaning common areas Keeping sidewalks free of snow / ice Part-Time Caretaker /
Janitorial Qualifications:
Dependable and punctual Ability to work independently Strong attention to detail Previous cleaning or caretaker experience preferred
