Job Description
Oakland Park Communitites in Thief River Falls is seeking a RN to join our leadership team! The Registered Nurse Resident Care Coordinator (RCC) is responsible for the oversight ofall aspects of resident care, including but not limited to: resident assessments, daily care needs to be delivered by licensed and non-licensed staff, communication with residents, family members and other care team members, medication management and review, coordination of physician appointments, and assisting the Director of Nursing in ensuring the highest quality of life for the residents residing at Oakland Park. All care must be delivered according to local, state and federal regulation and best practice standards. We are searching for a highly energetic individual who demonstrates a desire to assist with implementation high quality and comprehensive skilled care. The RCC should have excellent written and oral communication skills, display leadership and creativity, and possess time management skills and the ability to organize multiple aspects of care at the same time. The RCC should be adaptable and flexible in order to meet a wide range of service needs within our facility. Long term care experience is preferred but not required. The position is full-time (40 hrs per week) and has every 4th weekend and rotating holiday requirement.
