Collects fees or dues, responds to requests or complaints, supervises maintenance, oversees work done by contractors, and provides accounting of income and expenses. May also assist owners or a board of directors with regulatory compliance or compliance with community association rules. Manages the operation of commercial or residential properties. Oversees the collection of rents and payment of bills, taxes and insurance for properties, and provides property owners with reports on finances and the status of properties. Directs leasing operations, or equipment and machinery rentals, for a company or business. Determines charges and prepares rental or lease agreements; supervises inventory, equipment maintenance and recordkeeping for leasing operations.

Job Description

Overview We are seeking a dedicated and energetic Property Caretaker to maintain the cleanliness, safety, and overall upkeep of our Estate Home. This vital role involves ensuring that all areas are well-maintained, sanitized, and safe for staff, visitors, and residents. The ideal candidate will bring a proactive attitude, excellent custodial skills, and a strong commitment to safety protocols. As a Caretaker, you will play a key part in creating a welcoming environment through diligent cleaning, maintenance, and facility care. Duties Perform all exterior upkeep including lawn, landscape, gardens, irrigation systems, pool, and ponds. Knowledge and use of the maintenance equipment is vital to the role. Perform comprehensive cleaning duties across all facility areas, including floors, restrooms, offices, and common spaces using appropriate cleaning equipment such as floor buffers and custodial tools. Conduct routine janitorial tasks such as trash removal, dusting, mopping, vacuuming, and disinfecting surfaces to uphold high sanitation standards. Assist with light maintenance tasks including residential painting, minor repairs, and general facilities upkeep to ensure operational efficiency. Operate cleaning equipment safely and effectively while adhering to safety protocols related to heavy lifting and manual handling. Maintain inventory ofsupplies and equipment; notify management when supplies need replenishing or repairs are required. Support projects or tasks as needed to ensure the facility remains pristine and safe for all occupants. Qualifications Proven experience with knowledge of exterior maintenance and landscaping of estate like propertirs. Familiarity with equipment such as land and yard equipment, and related tools. Experience handling chemical agents safely in accordance with chemical tegulations. Ability to perform heavy lifting safely while following safe lifting practices; physically capable of manual handling tasks. Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills for maintaining property to the highest standards. Customer service skills to interact professionally with staff and visitors when necessary. Knowledge of facilities maintenance including basic repairs and residential painting is a plus. Pay:
