Position Summary:
As an Assistant Manager, you will be responsible for supporting the Community Manager with the daily operations of the property.Responsibilities:
Maintain stable occupancy and meet budgeted financial goals Build strong resident relations and provide excellent customer service Assist the Community Manager to train, direct, motivate, and assist site personnel Establish positive relationships within the community Be on-call as scheduled by managementQualifications:
1- 2 years previous property management experience preferred Section 8, Section 42, and/or Market Rate experience preferred Yardi software experience preferred Ability to work occasional evenings and weekends as needed
Pay Rate:
$21- 23.
