A Residential Community Manager manages operations for an apartment community. Responsible for the maintenance and profitability of the apartment community. May provide information about the community to prospective residents, troubleshoot issues with the buildings and community residents. May also review and approve new lease applications, or be responsible for negotiating and closing sales.
Flexible based on organizational needs; minimum 40 hours/week

What You'll Do You'll work alongside our Development Director to grow the relationships that fuel our mission.
Your focus will include:
Building relationships with donors and community partners Growing corporate sponsorships Assisting with grant applications and reporting Planning memorable fundraising events Identifying new opportunities to increase community support This is a relationship-first position. You will spend more time out in the community than you will be behind a desk. What Success Looks Like Within your first year, you'll: Grow a portfolio of loyal donors Increase sponsorship revenue Help maintain a strong grant pipeline Build new partnerships throughout Mid-Missouri Contribute to raising more than $1 million annually to support veterans We're Looking for Someone Who... Loves building genuine relationships Is confident networking and meeting new people Communicates with warmth and professionalism Is organized and follows through Enjoys working independently while collaborating with a small team Experience in fundraising is helpful—but experience in sales, business development, account management, marketing, or community engagement is equally valuable.
