Pony Bird, Inc. is looking for a qualified, experienced Shift Supervisor, full-time on midnight shift; 10:45pm-7:15am to join our team! ! We provide high-quality supports and services for individuals with intellectual and physical disabilities in a fun, enriching, and supportive environment. COMPETITIVE PAY
$22.35 to $26.69 based on education and experience OVN differential of $2.50/hr
Hours:
10:45 p.m. to 7:15 a.m.
Shift:
Every Tues, Wed, Thurs, Friday and Sat.

Primary responsibilities will include: Provide oversight, coordination, and care provided at all Pony Bird group homes, on your assigned shift, monitoring the care and treatment of this specified population of individuals with severe to profound physical and mental disabilities. The major focus of this position is the supervision of each home to ensure proper care for the individuals, providing care/guidance as needed. Will utilize various monitoring tools such as chart reviews, medication administration observations, obtaining verbal updates, documentation, mealtime, environment and zone monitoring throughout the shift Qualifications High energy and passion for Pony Bird's mission Experience and knowledge of care principles affecting individuals with severe to profound developmental disabilities. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (ability to communicate both orally and in writing). Ability to maintain confidential information. Knowledge of the care planning process. Proven ability to be flexible and responsive to consumer needs. Able to perform residents' physical transfers using assistive lifting devices.
Requirements:
1) Bachelor's degree in human services, with two years of experience in community residential setting or high school / GED diploma with five years of experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities in community residential setting. 2) Two years supervisory experience preferred. 3) Must possess the ability to obtain CPR, First Aid and Medication Aide Certifications. 4) Must have a valid driver's license in good standing/insurable. 5) Must possess the ability to communicate, both orally and in writing, in a clear and professional manner. and see how you can make a meaningful difference in the lives of individuals with disabilities.
