Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Property Management Team Member to assist in managing both single-family and multi-family properties. The ideal candidate will be responsible for a variety of daily tasks, including:
Unit Showings:
Conducting property tours for prospective tenants.
Inspections:
Performing regular inspections of units to ensure maintenance standards are met.
Communication:
Responding promptly to emails and phone calls from tenants and potential clients.
Documentation:
Processing legal documents such as leases and applications.
Maintenance Requests:
Receiving and managing maintenance requests, ensuring timely resolution.
Data Management:
Updating and maintaining accurate information in the property management software.
Customer Service:
Interacting professionally with tenants and clients to address inquiries and concerns.
The successful candidate will possess:

A keen eye for accuracy in all tasks.
Reliable Transportation:
Access to a dependable vehicle for property visits and inspections.
Computer Proficiency:
Basic computer skills. Experience in property management is advantageous but not required. A high school diploma or GED and valid drivers license is required.
