Apartment Manager Part-time Marshall, MO Crestwood Court Apartments (Free Rent/Utilities in lieu of wages) The Center for Human Services (CHS) has provided exceptional opportunities for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities since 1955. POSITION SUMMARY
The Apartment Manager supports the CHS mission by providing effective tenant relations, property maintenance, and assisting with program eligibility.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
As the primary point of contact, assists tenants by responding to tenant inquiries and concerns. Assists the Operations Coordinator by managing the recertification process and lease management. Ensures property is well-maintained by regular property inspections, maintaining common areas, and coordinating make-ready procedures. Fosters a positive, safe environment for residents by ensuring the property complies with all applicable local, state, and federal laws and regulations. Accepts and carries out special assignments or duties when requested.SKILLS AND ABILITIES

REQUIRED EDUCATION andEXPERIENCE
High school diploma or general education degree (GED)PREFERRED EXPERIENCE
1+ year of experience as an apartment manager 1+ year of experience as a property managerSHIFT:
PTI (15 hrs./week) Monday-Friday TBD Free Rent/Utilities in lieu of wages $15.00/hr. If more than 15 hrs. worked a weekBENEFITS
