JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
: Provide supervision and assistance to residents of Group Homes and perform other related duties as assigned.
JOB DUTIES
: Verbally prompt and assist residents as needed to complete daily cleaning duties, personal hygiene, laundry, etc. Observe residents daily for any problems, (i.e. aggression, seizures, medical issues, etc.) Assist with planning, cooking and serving of meals. Complete weekly physical facilities checklist and monthly fire drills. Maintain documentation that is adequate, appropriate, complete and timely. Monitor the residence for cleanliness and safety at all times. Monitor and report need for supplies of residence (cleaning products, food items, house wares, etc.) Provide transportation and follow all transportation Standards while on duty. A minimum of high school diploma/GED Valid Mississippi Driver's License
