Job Description

Our Assistant Property Managers are responsible for assisting the Property Manager in the management of the apartment community including: personnel management, marketing, leasing, budgeting, fiscal management, and administration.
Key Responsibilities:
Assisting in the management of a busy leasing office Ensure deposits and rental payments are collected on a timely basis Develop & maintain marketing plans to ensure optimal occupancy level Provide friendly and informative customer service Assist with resolving resident issues and ensuring resident satisfaction Provide tours of the property to prospective residents Inspect the property daily to ensure it meets the company's quality standards Corresponding with the Property Manager regarding any issues at the property
Qualifications:
Property management and leasing experience is preferred Understanding and working knowledge of affordable housing issues and programs is a plus Experience using property management software, such as Yardi, OneSite, or Yieldstar General knowledge of repair and apartment maintenance Section 8 experience is a huge plus.
Requirements:
