Manages property and services on behalf of a community association, for properties such as condominiums or cooperatives. Collects fees or dues, responds to requests or complaints, supervises maintenance, oversees work done by contractors, and provides accounting of income and expenses. May also assist owners or a board of directors with regulatory compliance or compliance with community association rules. Manages the operation of commercial or residential properties. Oversees the collection of rents and payment of bills, taxes and insurance for properties, and provides property owners with reports on finances and the status of properties. Directs leasing operations, or equipment and machinery rentals, for a company or business. Determines charges and prepares rental or lease agreements; supervises inventory, equipment maintenance and recordkeeping for leasing operations.

We are looking for a Community Manager to join our team in the Jackson Metro Area! We're seeking a confident, motivated leader who understands the multifamily industry, knows how to drive occupancy and revenue, and is passionate about creating an exceptional resident experience. If you have strong leadership skills, property management experience, and the ability to balance operations, leasing, resident relations, and financial performance, we want to hear from you! What You'll Be Responsible For As Community Manager, you will play a key role in the overall success of the property, including: Leading day-to-day community operations and ensuring a high level of customer service Managing leasing activity, occupancy, and strategies to fill vacancies Utilizing Price Optimization software to help determine competitive rental rates and maximize revenue Developing and implementing effective marketing strategies Handling resident concerns and complaints professionally and effectively Building strong relationships with residents, prospects, and team members Overseeing maintenance operations and ensuring work orders and property needs are addressed promptly Monitoring property performance and helping achieve budget and financial goals Coaching, supporting, and leading onsite team members Maintaining a professional, welcoming, and well-run community Traveling as needed for training, company meetings, or to assist other properties What We're Looking For The ideal candidate will have: Previous property management/multifamily experience Strong leadership and communication skills Excellent customer service and resident relations skills Experience with leasing, marketing, and occupancy management Knowledge of Price Optimization software Strong understanding of property operations and financial performance The ability to effectively handle resident complaints and challenging situations Yardi experience preferred CRM experience preferred RentCafe experience preferred A professional attitude and a strong desire to succeed What We Offer We believe that when you take care of your employees, they take care of the communities they manage.
