Job Description

Overview Join our dynamic property management team as an Assistant Property Manager, where your enthusiasm and organizational skills will help create exceptional living experiences for residents and seamless operations for property owners. You will be instrumental managing lease agreements, and maintaining positive relationships with tenants and vendors alike. Duties Assist in managing daily property operations, including leasing, rent collection, and tenant relations Support lease administration processes using Buildum property management software to ensure accurate data entry and record keeping Coordinate property maintenance requests and work with facilities management teams to ensure timely resolution of issues Help enforce lease agreements and legal requirements Conduct property tours for prospective tenants, upselling available units and amenities to maximize occupancy rates Prepare contracts, legal documents, and administrative reports with attention to detail and accuracy Handle customer service inquiries via phone or in person with professionalism and courtesy while maintaining excellent phone etiquette Assist in conflict management between tenants or vendors by applying negotiation skills and conflict resolution techniques Support data entry tasks such as filing, and updating tenant records Participate in regular team meetings to discuss property performance, leasing strategies, and community engagement initiatives Requirements Proven experience in property management or real estate administrative roles Strong understanding of landlord-tenant law, contracts, legal administrative procedures, and facilities management principles Excellent customer service skills combined with effective conflict management and negotiation abilities Office experience involving filing systems, data entry accuracy, phone etiquette, and administrative support tasks Knowledge of property maintenance procedures Demonstrated ability to handle multiple priorities efficiently while maintaining attention to detail Positive attitude with a passion for real estate administration, leasing activities, and community engagement Join us to be part of a dedicated team that values proactive problem-solving, exceptional service delivery, and continuous professional growth.
