Job Description
We are seeking a detail oriented, hands-on individual to become a part of our family owned team! Candidate will assist Owners to provide first-class care for our client's private homes. If you can't sit behind a desk and like to have a varied schedule this is for you! Position located in Big Sky, MT. Work weekdays and use the weekend to enjoy Southwestern MT.
Responsibilities:
- Perform routine inspections of residences
- Recognize when appliance, boilers, furnaces, TV's, and music systems are not working correctly
- Over-seeing subcontractors
- House maintenance-may work in varied inclement weather. Tasks may include landscape work, vehicle & home cleaning, interior & exterior maintenance.
- Preparing houses for owner arrivals with a personal touch and attention to detail
- Closing down houses after departures
- Checking and treating hot tubs
- Shuttling cars
