Job Description
Assistant Property Manager Entrust Property Solutions | Montana No two days look the same in this role — and that's the point. Entrust Property Solutions is looking for a dedicated Assistant Property Manager to support day-to-day operations at one of our Montana communities. You'll work side-by-side with the Property Manager to keep the property running smoothly, keep residents happy, and keep occupancy strong. What You'll Do Resident Experience Serve as a primary point of contact for resident calls, emails, and inquiries — handling concerns professionally and promptly Guide prospective residents through the leasing process from first contact through move-in Conduct in-person property tours that highlight community features and benefits Build strong relationships with residents, vendors, owners, and teammates Leasing & Financial Operations Post and manage resident payments, invoices, and financial move-outs Address resident delinquency and manage the eviction process in accordance with company policy and Montana landlord-tenant law Maintain leasing accuracy in Entrata property management software Drive occupancy goals through leasing initiatives, campaigns, and resident retention efforts Property & Marketing Assist with maintenance coordination — scheduling, work orders, and vendor communication Collaborate on marketing efforts including ILS listings, social media, and reputation management Maintain property cleanliness, supplies, and administrative records Comply with all Fair Housing laws and company policies in every interaction What You'll Bring Required High school diploma or equivalent Strong customer service and communication skills, written and verbal Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment Proficiency in Microsoft Office Preferred 1+ years of experience in property management, real estate, sales, or hospitality Experience with property management software Bachelor's degree in business, communications, management, or a related field Experience with financial reporting and budget management State of MT Property Managers License Physical Requirements With or without reasonable accommodation, this role requires the ability to: Sit, stand, walk, bend, and stoop frequently Lift up to 25 lbs. occasionally Push up to 50 lbs. occasionally Work indoors and outdoors in all weather conditions Benefits 401(k) Dental insurance Health insurance Vision insurance Paid time off Employee discount Professional development assistance Entrust Property Solutions is an Equal Opportunity Employer and is committed to compliance with all applicable Fair Housing laws.
