Job Description
Position Overview The Residential Field Supervisor (RFS) is a landscape professional directing the activities of their crews. They ensure that team resources are used efficiently, personnel are trained and supported, equipment standards are kept, as well as that client needs and expectations are being met. You might be a good fit if: You enjoy working outdoors with a team to accomplish shared goals. Working independently to hit targets and ensure standards are driving factors for you. You are looking to further your knowledge in the horticultural industry and you want the added responsibility that comes with leading different folks in the next step of your career. We'd really love it if: Spanish is your first language or a solid second for you. Communication is a critical component of our teams. You're a people person. Introverts can lead too - don't hesitate to apply. We are looking for folks that can center clients, teammates, and employees in their conversations and decision making processes as appropriate. Landscaping is a service industry first and foremost. People are a big part of that. You've got experience already in the industry or related skill sets that can carry over into this position. Entry level applicants are still welcome but this position might be easier if you already have team leading or strong horticultural experience. Still interested?
