This position is ideal for an experienced professional who excels at problem-solving, building relationships, and managing community associations with exceptional customer service. The successful candidate will serve as the primary liaison between homeowners, board members, vendors, and management while ensuring the smooth operation of multiple homeowners associations. Requirements Active North Carolina Real Estate License (Required) Previous HOA, property management, or community association management experience preferred Strong communication and customer service skills Excellent organizational and time management abilities Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously Professional demeanor with strong conflict resolution skills Self-motivated and proactive problem solver Proficient with Microsoft Office and general computer software Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Key Responsibilities Manage day-to-day operations of assigned homeowners associations Serve as the primary contact for HOA board members and homeowners Coordinate maintenance, repairs, and vendor services Conduct property inspections and follow up on violations when necessary Prepare board meeting agendas, attend meetings, and document meeting minutes Assist with budget planning and monitor association expenses Ensure compliance with governing documents and association policies Respond promptly and professionally to homeowner inquiries and concerns Build positive relationships with homeowners, board members, and vendors Identify and resolve community issues before they become larger problems What We're Looking For We are looking for a professional who takes initiative, communicates effectively, and enjoys finding solutions.
