The ideal candidate will possess strong management capabilities, organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage maintenance tasks while providing excellent resident service. This position offers an opportunity to lead maintenance teams, coordinate complex projects, and contribute to the continuous improvement of our infrastructure. Responsibilities Oversee daily operations of the apartment property Coordinate and communicate with vendors for repairs, maintenance, and service appointments Respond to tenant maintenance requests in a timely and professional manner Perform routine property inspections to ensure cleanliness and safety Replace light bulbs in common areas and around the property Vacuum and maintain cleanliness of lobby and shared spaces Conduct regular pool inspections Perform pool chemical testing, treatment, and vacuuming after obtaining required certification Monitor property appearance and report larger repair needs Assist with move-ins, move-outs, and unit inspections Maintain maintenance records and service schedules Ensure compliance with safety standards and property policies Qualifications Previous apartment property management or maintenance experience preferred Ability to handle basic maintenance and janitorial duties Strong communication and vendor coordination skills Pool certification preferred or willingness to obtain certification Reliable transportation and valid driver's license preferred Ability to lift, bend, walk property grounds, and perform physical tasks as needed Project management skills to oversee infrastructure upgrades or renovations effectively.
