As an Assistant Property Manager at Cresfund, you will play a key role in maximizing property occupancy and ensuring a positive experience for both residents and prospective tenants. Reporting directly to the Property Manager, the ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, proactive, and skilled in sales.
Responsibilities:
Duties include, but are not limited to: Answering a multi-line phone system and responding to inquiries in a professional and timely manner Assisting with leasing activities, including tenant onboarding Processing rental applications, conducting background checks, and ensuring compliance with company policies Marketing available properties through various channels to attract prospective tenants Managing email correspondence with prospective tenants, residents, and vendors Organizing and maintaining property-related documents (leases, maintenance requests, etc.) Coordinating with third-party vendors and handling maintenance or work order issues Flexibility to adapt to changing duties and prioritize tasks as needed Occasional travel to properties within the Fayetteville area for site visits, inspections, lockbox removals, and move-in inspections Maintaining both virtual and physical filing systems to ensure accuracy and compliance
Requirements:
3+ years of experience in customer service or sales, preferably in a property management or real estate setting Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong multitasking abilities and attention to detail Problem-solving mindset with the ability to anticipate needs and resolve issues efficiently Professional phone etiquette and interpersonal skills Reliable transportation and ability to travel to various properties within the Fayetteville area
Preferred:
Familiarity with AppFolio property management software
