About Us We are a growing property management company serving single-family and multi-family residential properties with a strong focus on operational excellence, leasing performance, tenant experience, and owner satisfaction. We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Assistant Property Manager / Leasing Operations Coordinator to support leasing operations, tenant onboarding, compliance, inspections coordination, and administrative property management functions. Position Summary The Assistant Property Manager / Leasing Operations Coordinator is responsible for managing the leasing pipeline from vacancy through move-in/out, supporting tenant lifecycle operations, coordinating inspections and maintenance workflows, ensuring compliance with Fair Housing and local regulations, and providing administrative support across property management operations, collecting rent and assistance with evictions. This is a fast-paced, highly collaborative role requiring strong communication skills, organization, urgency, and comfort managing multiple deadlines and priorities simultaneously. Key Responsibilities Leasing & Vacancy Management Assist with leasing pipeline from vacancy to occupied status Post and maintain rental listings across platforms Coordinate and conduct applicant screening processes Schedule and coordinate property showings Process rental applications and ensure complete documentation Coordinate prospect onboarding through move-in Oversee move-in readiness and leasing file completion Maintain leasing systems, databases, and tracking spreadsheets Track leasing KPIs, vacancy timelines, and pipeline performance Tenant Operations Support tenant onboarding and lifecycle communications Process payment intake, deposits, holds, and key management Assist with tenant inquiries and front-line communication support Coordinate move-ins, move-outs, and pre-walks Maintenance & Inspection Coordination Coordinate inspections, pre-walks, and move-out assessments Schedule and coordinate maintenance and vendor access Coordinate with inspection platforms and property management tools Compliance & Administrative Support Ensure leasing and application compliance with Fair Housing and local regulations Maintain accurate digital and physical records Provide administrative support for HOA and business development operations as needed Qualifications 2+ years property management, leasing, or real estate administration experience preferred Strong knowledge of leasing processes and applicant screening Familiarity with Fair Housing guidelines and landlord-tenant practices Experience with property management software preferred Excellent organizational and time management skills Strong written and verbal communication skills Ability to prioritize multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment working within results oriented team Proficiency in Microsoft Office/Google Workspace, spreadsheets, and CRM/property software and MACbook Preferred Skills Great attitude and enthusiasm Leasing and occupancy performance mindset Process improvement and systems organization Customer service and conflict resolution skills Strong follow-up discipline and attention to detail Compensation & Benefits Competitive salary based on experience Paid time off Professional development opportunities Growth opportunity within expanding property management organization To Apply Please submit your resume along with a brief summary of your relevant property management or leasing experience.Pay:
