Job Description

Overview Join our dynamic property management team as a Broker in Charge, where you will lead the oversight and strategic direction of property operations. This role is vital in ensuring compliance with real estate laws, fostering excellent customer service, and driving successful leasing and sales initiatives. As a key leader, you will manage day-to-day activities, coordinate marketing efforts, and uphold fair housing regulations to create a positive experience for tenants and clients alike. Your energetic approach and organizational expertise will help elevate our property portfolio to new heights of success. Duties Lead and oversee all property management activities, ensuring smooth operations and compliance with local, state, and federal regulations. Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract prospective tenants and buyers, utilizing various channels including digital platforms and community outreach. Negotiate lease agreements, sales contracts, and service terms with clients, vendors, and tenants to secure favorable outcomes. Maintain thorough knowledge of fair housing laws, real estate law, and administrative procedures to ensure ethical practices across all transactions. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing tenant concerns promptly, resolving disputes effectively, and fostering positive relationships. Supervise property staff and coordinate maintenance schedules to ensure properties are well-maintained and compliant with safety standards. Manage administrative tasks such as lease documentation, financial records, inspections, and reporting to support efficient property operations. Experience Proven experience in property management or real estate brokerage with a strong understanding of property operations and tenant relations. Demonstrated negotiation skills with a track record of closing deals successfully while maintaining integrity. Knowledge of marketing techniques specific to real estate properties to maximize visibility and occupancy rates. Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse client bases effectively. Excellent communication skills—both verbal and written—to clearly convey information to clients, team members, and regulatory agencies. Familiarity with fair housing regulations, real estate law, and best practices in customer service within the property management industry. Strong organizational skills with administrative experience in managing leases, legal documentation, inspections, and compliance reports.
