Property Manager - Single-Family Portfolio We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Property Manager to oversee a portfolio of single-family homes. In this role, you will drive day-to-day operations, maintain strong relationships with owners and residents, and ensure each property performs at its highest potential.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee all aspects of assigned residential properties, ensuring smooth daily operations Serve as the primary point of contact for tenants, addressing inquiries, concerns, and emergencies with professionalism and urgency Negotiate and manage lease agreements Coordinate maintenance and repairs with vendors to ensure timely, cost-effective service Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal housing regulations Utilize property management software to manage workflows, reporting, and documentation Maintain organized and accurate property records Implement strategies to optimize occupancy, retention, and rental income

Qualifications:

Proven experience in property management, leasing, and negotiations Strong conflict resolution skills with the ability to handle tenant issues effectively Excellent communication skills and professional phone etiquette Experience with property management platforms (Rentvine preferred) Real Estate License is a plus, but not required Why Join Us?
