Senior Regional Property Manager

Position available for "Senior Regional Property Manager". This position includes, but not limited to, the following. Responsibilities Oversight of the management site staff (site managers/maintenance technicians) of region assigned. Maintaining the physical and operational integrity of assigned region Communicate with owners and or asset managers Oversight of tenant Move-Ins, yearly re-certifications, notices, rent increases, utility allowance changes, and occupancy level Oversee filing and or court hearings for lease violations and non-payment of rent Inspect and arrange maintenance to meet standards Adhere to the Fair Housing Rules and Regulations as well as Affordable Housing Guidelines Oversight of advertisements of vacant spaces to attract tenants Having awareness of operational budgets with accountability of allowable expenses for region Skills Competency in MS Office and relevant databases and software Customer focus and bottom line orientation Strong communication and presentation skills Well organized with excellent time management skills Property management experience required. Affordable Housing experience a plus! Travel is expected as a region consist of local properties and properties in a 3hr radius of assigned area.

$62,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
