The candidate must be self-motivated, organized, resourceful, and can successfully lead a small team of staff.
Responsibilities include:
Manage all of the day-to-day operations of the community Conducting leasing activities, including showing units, follow-up with prospects, marketing, etc. Oversee collection activities to reach delinquency of 2-5% Focus on retention activities including lease renewals and identifying community events to foster a feeling of community Oversee the turnover and renovation process Assisting with supply management Establishing and maintaining good rapport and communication with residents, vendors, staff, and other customers as needed Follow all policies and procedures and follow all Fair Housing guidelines The ideal candidate must be reliable, dependable, and have initiative. Must be able to successfully multi-task and operate in a fast-paced office. The best candidate for this position will be proficient with multi-family operations, possess working knowledge of how a property management office should run, and can seamlessly step in to keep operations running smoothly. Ideally, the best community manager would have at least 5+ years of management experience.
